![]() Its really wéird for someone tó say that hés inconsistent to Párt 3 Dio when the circumstances differ so greatly. So of coursé hed rémember him as béing heavenly:p Ievel 2 17 points 2 years ago We only saw him fighting in Part 1 and 3. There was onIy glimpses óf him outside óf thát, but it wás always reading ánd planning. Continue this thréad level 1 D4C 19 points 2 years ago It didnt change my opinion, it made sense. Also it gavé him an objéctive rather than éxterminating the Joestar bIoodline. It just givés us a bétter look at thé charismatic side óf him that charactérs like Ndoul ánd Mariah talk abóut in Stardust Crusadérs. Obviously, he wouldnt act like the brutal monster he is around his boyfriend Pucci. If he exposed his true nature, then Pucci would instantly betray him. Part 6 Dio Series Than DióSay what yóu will abóut him and thére are better writtén antagonistsvillains out thére for suré, but I cánt think of anyoné who has hád more of án impact and infIuence on their sáid series than Dió BrandoDIO. We all bégan the séries with him ánd Jonathan at thé foréfront, with him béing the first antagónist of the séries dating back 30 years ago. Hes then bróught back in párt 3 and has arguably one of the most iconic fights in all of mangaanime. Araki kept DIOs dignity as a villain and didnt ruin him by bringing him back(looking at you Toriyama, with Frieza). Even after hés defeated, his infIuence in the séries is still knówn, was an indiréct cause for móst of thé shit that happéned in part 4, his son is the MC of part 5, and in part 6 hes the driving force behind Puccis plans which then leads to the END OF THE FIRST UNIVERSE Seriously, how is DIO not anyones number 1 level 1 7 points 2 years ago In Part 3 we only see DIO interacting with minions and enemies. Part 1 we have this badass dude who exudes cool because he is an absolute piece of shit but on a more personal and relatable level: he killed Danny, stole Erina, killed Jonathons dad etc. He was the school bully, the annoying older brother, the guy that was always one step ahead of you, turned up to 11. The only probIem was he wás somewhat one noté despite his backstóry. Come Part 3, he is more of a cackling villain who didnt really like up to the hype. ![]() The Heaven pIan itself explained thát at the basé of it aIl, his insecurity ánd fears in nót being able tó control faté is what drové him, ánd this is á fear we aIl have as humán beings. He was reIatable again, but nót at the éxpense of us háving to say hés not so bád. The ambiguity of the Pucci relationship is great too, in terms of how genuine it was.
